Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 business days. Major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad usually receive orders within 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Flat rate shipping is ₨150 for orders under ₨2,500. Orders above ₨2,500 qualify for FREE shipping across Pakistan.

Yes! We deliver nationwide via trusted courier services. This includes all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

We accept: (1) Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives. (2) EasyPaisa — send payment to our registered number and provide the Transaction ID at checkout. (3) JazzCash — same process as EasyPaisa.

At checkout, select EasyPaisa/JazzCash as your payment method. You'll see our account number and name. Send the payment from your app and enter the Transaction ID in the provided field. We'll verify and process your order within 24 hours.

Yes, COD is available across all of Pakistan. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay when your order is delivered to your door.

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Our sizes are age-based: 2T (2 years), 3T (3 years), 4T (4 years), 5T (5 years), 6T (6 years). For the most accurate fit, please refer to the size chart on each product page showing chest, waist, and height measurements.

We use premium cotton, cotton-blend, and seasonal fabrics that are soft, breathable, and safe for children's sensitive skin. All dyes used are certified non-toxic and child-safe.

Machine wash cold with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach. Iron on low heat. Care instructions are also printed on the inner label of each garment.
